They talked to Judge, didn't they? What the hell did Judge tell them? "Golly gee, I don't remember anything like that"?

Did they not warn him it is a felony to lie to the FBI?

Once Kavanaugh is confirmed all this furor over his nomination will be mostly forgotten. We'll all move onto the next calamity that Trump and the Repugs unleash on us. Judge will just become a footnote in history.

Although there is a possibility that when the Dems take back the House and possibility of the Senate in November - that hearings may be held on this incident and it could be determined that Judge was lying - now that I think of it. Hmmmm.....

6. Unfortunately, how do you counter "I don't recall (anything like that)" unless

one of the others speaks up. It's just too long ago to determine otherwise from evidence.

Now, all of us would say, ""Darn we know Kavanaugh was a cad, drunk, and likely worse, so it's likely it happened, too many accusations." But GOPers aren't going to accept that in this case because they want their boy on the SC and to back their white wing comrade.

If just one of those witnesses had said, "Yes, I was at a party like Ms. Ford and I remember how it was odd she left without saying anything." But Judge isn't going to incriminate himself, and the others probably wouldn't want to get involved.

It's disgusting.
