2. I agree! I think he has an RFK quality about him.

But, what is with those polls that have cruz leading by up to 9 points? I know... ignore the polls!

If (when) Beto wins, I think he will be unstoppable as a contender for 2020. It has been awhile (maybe since Obama in 2004) since a candidate with so much star power has excited the party.

Did you see him riding a skateboard into a rally? So cool!!!

3. Too soon. Lets see how the Senate gig works out for us first. After we get him elected, of course.

7. Point taken... Too early to say yet, but I seem to recall

A Tall, Illinois President who lost a Senate race, then became President

8. What if he loses in TX? Hopefully not, but we all know that is a TOUGH climb. So lose Senate and go

for Prez? Or even win the Senate and then immediately go for Prez after he has so critized Cruz for doing so?

No.

10. First Things First - Let's Elect Beto to the Senate Where He Would Receive More National Recognition

Voting out Ted Cruz wouldn't be a bad idea either.

I think he would be our best shot, I don't see a good Democrat candidate for president yet kinda worried Iam from New York and I contributed to his campaign

17. Only if he doesn't win the Senate seat

It would make no sense for him to flip the TX seat and then hand it right back to the Republicans after 2020.

19. So Beto may be in a win-win situation

Either beat Cruz in red Texas or run for President. He does seem to have the "It" factor and would do well against Trump.
