intercepted some form of communication which detailed the PLANNING of the Kashoggi capture. Intelligence was bound by law to notify Trump and he obligated to WARN Kashoggi. Why is there discussion as to IF Trump knew in advance?
Or, have I "misheard" or misunderstood?

It will be interesting to see what he has to say if he is on Stephanie Miller today.

(14,959 posts)In other words, did he or Jared give a green light, or indicate he would look the other way, or provide MBS with American intel which helped them do this?
As opposed to the question of did American intel intercept anything which should have been shared with Khashoggi to warn him of danger.

(14,959 posts)Jared help align the Saudis and Emiratis with Trump against Qatar, including the Saudi/Emirati blockade, in response to their initial refusal to bail out wonder boy's terrible business decision (666 5th ave). Small wonder eventually a Canadian hedge fund largely controlled by Qatar sovereign wealth dumped 100s of millions of USD into that building.
Jared also passed US intel to MBS to enable his recent royal family purge. After that, MBS had Jared by the balls (since passing classified US intel to a foreign power is, you know, highly illegal).

(3,266 posts)in 2016 the Saudis offered to detain Khashoggi because he was critical of Trump during the election. I regret that I only skimmed the story at the time, because I cannot find it now - maybe I misread, but I don't think so. I think this is the big-fucking-deal, crossing-a-red-line scandal that's going to blow up SO big that even rethugs can't ignore it, and it will be the thing we've been waiting for to get trump ousted.
