At Union Station in Kansas City today - I was asked for and able to provide IS before being issued a paper ballot.
After asking about turn out, poll worker told me that the Union Station polling place had the heaviest turn out so far...

County, Missouri can cast an absentee ballot there. Perhaps even any Missouri registered voter can cast an absentee ballot there...
