Just speculation. If I was a local LEO and had seen this van periodically in my patrol area,

I thought it was illegal to cover the windows of a vehicle anyhow because it restricts the driver's visibility (regardless of what's on the decals). Wouldn't the cops at least give out a ticket for that?

6. Believe it or not.

In Florida, the window tint laws are almost never enforced unless someone really does something wrong in traffic. I have been standing on a curb unable to make out anything inside lots of vehicles, can't tell who are inside, children, Blacks, Whites, platinum blondes, nothing. I honestly would not approach many vehicles in this state if I were a police officer.

I have also seen vehicles with the windows plastered with stickers, not as many as with super dark tinting, but I have seen some.

3. Nothing stopping them from running the plate...

In both NJ and NY I've had my plates run simply because they had nothing better to do. Once they got me for an unpaid ticket from a year or so before . Other times I just saw them following me in the left lane for a couple of miles, then they would fly by to harass someone else.

As far as windows go, this is a van so it may not require all the windows be clear in Florida.

Of course, I've seen trucks and vans like that elsewhere, but when I was in the Denver area it seemed like quite the trend. The bomber's van is one of the worst I've ever seen.

On this rocket scientist. Gave names to the FBI on the first day, but I bet the Feds knew of him too. He's probably on the watch list when Obama came into Florida. Secret Service has a list and when any president, former or current, they put people out to watch them.

10. Trumpers and their vehicles

Last winter I saw a truck in Tulsa that had a jail cell (real metal) welded into the bed. A big sign on the door said "Lock THEM up" Political stickers for Dems all over the thing, some in cross hairs, Obama and Michelle hanging, a pic of Hillary in a witch hat underneath the bible verse "do not suffer a witch to live" ..... it makes you wonder exactly what would attract the attention of the police.
