Voters In a Majority Hispanic Kansas City Instructed To Go To The Wrong Polling Site

In yet another example of Democratic-leaning Americans being targeted in a tough election year for Republicans, voters in Dodge City, Kansas are receiving notices in the mail listing the wrong polling place.
According to The Associated Press, “After moving Dodge City’s sole polling site outside city limits, county election officials sent newly registered voters an official certificate of registration that listed the wrong place to cast a ballot in the midterm election.”

Since there are 2 places called "Kansas City" and this article is about neither of them, that headline should have been reworded to either say Dodge City or maybe "a city in Kansas".
