3. He gave a televised speech today

Among other things, he said the U.S. military is mobilizing along the Southwest border, and that if migrants try to throw rocks at them, the troops should act as though the rocks are "rifles."

He also said that the U.S. is setting up "massive cities of tents", "thousands of tents" for the illegal immigrants. The overall numbers he claims could be 10, 12 or 20 million people. "The size of Vermont" he says.
