In Philadelphia they had special Courts set-up to handle Election Day issues. Your local "good government" group ("Citizens Union", "Committee of 70", "Coalition for Good Governance" ) or the Brennan Center will likely know what the rules and options are.

I live in Brooklyn too and I'd love to know how you'd get it addressed if you dealt with this - which is what happened to me in the last election.
