BREAKING: In the MD/DC case challenging President Trump's unlawful receipt of #emoluments, Judge Messitte just denied DOJ's motion for an interlocutory appeal, denied DOJ's motion to stay discovery, and ordered Plaintiffs to submit a proposed discovery schedule w/in 20 days.
