Early voted in Houston - 1 hour 15 minute wait in line

In at 4:30, out at 5:50. 20 machines. The line moved pretty quickly, so that gives you an idea of just how long it was. It snaked through several rooms at a community center that's NOT on a major street. Nothing wonky with voting straight D - no vote flipping. Quite a few young people. I congratulated and shook hands with first timers. GO BETO!!!

Probably more Asians than other parts of town. Since it's early voting anyone living in Harris County could vote there. The county generally goes light blue.

A bit further out on South Fry.

My husband and I cast ours last friday afternoon.. picked 2:30 so it would be quick.. was still a 30 minute line. Have NEVER had any wait at this early station just off of Mason before.

So hopeful.

Republicans don't want people to vote. For those in areas with long waits, we support you and you patience.

It's to save the nation, give it your all and do some fun stuff to pad the time.

Large turnout in North Tx and Panhandle as well. I'm cautiously hopeful.
Forgot to mention my kiddo down in Austin says lines were long on campus as well. Lots of Beto signs all over Austin as well.

Glad to hear about everyone gettin out to vote. Maybe we will make a huge blue wave!

I sat at the kitchen table to vote with the State voters pamphlet and union suggestions.
Read each item carefully, marked my ballot and then put it in the mail.

We got motor voter and all mail in ballots, (There are drop off locations also) Who wants to wait in line?

We are about 98% Blue state!

Very diverse crowd, very excited. I was happy to see about 1/3 of the folks waiting were millennials, too.

The only thing that disappointed me were the pages full of unopposed R judges.

early voting site I always go to. The big difference this time was the lack of Republican volunteers for the Republicans on the ballot. We are a Red county and they are always well represented at every polling place. Not this year!

at 2 p.m. in a Hispanic supermarket according to a tweet. A phenomenal turnout - mostly college-age people, many Hispanics. Previous elections had maybe 5-10 people in line on the last day of early voting.
