by dissension ,they know it works and it is a bitch to try and stop. There is always someone who will continue to pump management as the holy grail. When every Contract season came,the crap intensifies,and as a Union shop Stew and Board Member,you just scratch you head,is it worth it,yes,as long as you know where this crap is coming from and who the players are,one can keep them from infecting the whole of the group.

6. My worst were those who I called Farm Fresh.

First time they every doing something that paid more than buck a hour. And damn they do like the nice payday every week,but why do I have to pay those day Union Dues. Well Duh!! After they are educated as to what happens in the real world,most came around to my thinking.
