"Things are getting better", "Things are going great"

Why would I need the government to tell me this? If things were truly great, wouldn't it follow that I don't need to be told how great they are?

Why don't we ever see any truthful ads nationwide from the Dem party????

I shouldn't have to be told things are great if things are great... I dunno, maybe it's because I'm going to vote for the Democrat regardless, but still...
