I believe that the election of hundreds of new state representatives, mostly women, will be the big surprise in 48 hours

I know it's a long shot, but it would be nice to see Jealous win in MD.

Also, the only thing a "moderate" republican is good for in 2018 is disappointment.

Either way, depending on the national tilt. I remember we ousted a couple of incumbents there in 2006.
