(443 posts)is having a watch party tomorrow night, I imagine they will have all of them on.
Went to poll watcher training last night and will do a shift being a poll watcher tomorrow afternoon.
Will probably be at the county Democratic Party office all day tomorrow to help out in any way I can.

(3,030 posts)starts at 6:30 pm tomorrow night. I'll probably be there for a while checking on local races (the courthouse ia a block away and they'll be posting results there after polls close at 7:30 pm).
I don't know how long I'll stay.
At home I check:
County and WV at https://results.enr.clarityelections.com/WV/Jefferson/92379/Web02.214799/#/
Nationwide: flipping between CNN, MSNBC, NBC, ABC, CBS whatever
Should I check Fox News Channel to watch them cry?

(7,411 posts)It is delivered in an even, measured and rational tone. It's short on flash and ratcheted drama. It's news by adults, for adults.
I do have to ask from where the Steve Kornacki animus in the thread stems? I merely find him annoying but is there something else that has others here turned off by him?

(13,776 posts)I think his energy level is a little grating to some, although to me hes adorable. I can understand not loving his bounciness since hes supposed to be a numbers cruncher, but his enthusiasm is one of the things I like about him.

(10,302 posts)I'm not a big watcher of TV news, typically the Google Home speaker will be blaring out BBC something or another. Or Gold London (60s 70s 80s classic hits). Wifey... has to fall asleep to CNN. So probably seeing stuff on CNN as a byproduct... she works nights though.

(13,776 posts)Ill mostly be watching MSNBC but Ill add the BBC to the channels I switch to during commercials (if there are any). I worry a lot about what the rest of the world is thinking of us, and this is the perfect place to go to find out. Thanks!!

most of the better people are on MSNBC. There are a few on CNN. There are also those who make me switch... many more on CNN. For example, how can anyone watch Wolf! Blitzer? I see Steve Kornacki mentioned most above... he doesn't make me switch until his arms start waving too much... then, I agree with the other posters and see what's up on another channel. CSPAN-1-2-3 are good for live events, if they're are any, but they are doing too many delays and showing lectures from months ago... don't watch them as much. I also look in on FOX... the long faces are great when the are losing!

(160,501 posts)At first I used to think he was just overexcited to get on tv a lot, finally, and he would grow up. Doesn't look as if that's going to happen.
Also home Chris Matthews won't spend too much time on camera, if there is any mercy at all!
Love the others.
