My mom voted earlier this morning. She said she has never been such a high number at that time of day, especially in a non-Presidential election.

3. Go to the dollar store and buy umbrellas

A few cycles ago I went to the dollar store and paid $21.20 for 20 really cheap umbrellas. I went to 2 polling stations in my city and handed out 10 umbrellas at each and told people to just keep passing them on once they got inside. No one stopped me from doing it. I then went to work, and was super proud to drive by the same polling places in the evening and still see several of the umbrellas I had bought being used by later voters.
