I was told by the polling place top dog to not do anything that may be against the rules bc Homeland security was watching all polling places. While I was there a neighbor came who name had been removed from the voters list. I told them that they could vote a provisional ballot but they made her go to another polling place and try to vote,,,,, seems that provisional ballot create a lot of extra work for the polling workers,,,,,,
