Now out in Fort Bend, Waller, Brazoria and Montgomery counties, there is a lot of red and that's still considered to be the Houston Metropolitan Area

...of areas of blue in TX and those leaning r, Hays Co. looked to be a rich ground for flipping.

Anyone heard anything coming out of Hays?
