The new numbers don't really associate in a number of cases.
What will flip is PA-5 (old PA-7), PA-6, & PA-7. But what would be cool is PA-10, which wasn't really on my radar that much. Also PA-1 is a tie, too close to call but is possible if there was enough (D) GOTV.

(15,246 posts)Dems will keep PA-2 (NE Phila, Boyle), PA-3 (Phila, Evans) and PA-18 (Pgh, Doyle).
Rs will keep PA-9 (Luzerne area), PA-12(east central PA, Marino), PA-13(Laurel Highlands area), PA-14(SW Pa), PA-15(central NW, Indiana county area, Thompson)
Dems are favored in PA-17(NW Pgh suburbs, Lamb), PA-8(Poconos area, Cartwright), PA-7(Wild), PA-6(Houlahan), PA-4 and PA-5. The last 3 seats all SE Pa Phila ring counties.
PA-1(Bucks), PA-11(Lancaster area), PA-10 (Harrisburg area), PA-16 (Erie) toss ups.
