Here in PA, they are missing PA-5 (just called here locally) which is a flip. But because it was expected to be strongly blue in its new configuration, they didn't bother putting it on their chart. Yet it is replacing the old PA-7 which was an (R).

PA redrew the horribly gerrymandered congressional districts this year so this has allowed for more representative seats for Democrats.
