Voter Fraud vs Voter Suppression vs Vote CHEATING

Voter Fraud - A person going to the polls and voting twice, or voting as a dead person, etc. VERY RARE EVENT

Voter Suppression - Open government-imposed impediments placed in the way of discrete groups of voters. ALL TOO COMMON and almost always aimed at Democratic voters, and implemented by Republicans.

Vote CHEATING - Many activities fall in this category. Things like hacked tabulators and rigged voting machines. Because it is done in the shadows, we can only guess where it is happening, but I firmly believe Florida is INFESTED with it.

The last two are why Democrats are where Democrats are.
