Michigan update: Dem governor and marijuana in, gerrymandering out.

This is progress!!

AP has called for Gretchen Whitmer, a Dem.

Legalization of recreational marijuana is solidly leading.

A proposal to amend the state constitution to kill gerrymandering is winning in a landslide.

And, yes, Stabenow, our Dem Senator has a comfortable lead too!

The district I live in was gerrymandered for years; once we passed a law changing the way districts are drawn up we immediately got an openly-gay Asian-American representative.

Wins for the democratic process in Michigan and Florida. I'm glad that they came along with wins for Democrats in Michigan!
