The public used the House to check Trump tonight, not the Senate or Governors.

It's as simple as that. My eye was on the pie which was the Congress tonight and we got it. We may have lost in places like Florida but we also won in paces like Kansas.

Of course some of the senate and governor results are disappointing (even though many were long shots), but controlling the House means putting the brakes on a lot of really bad legislation and re-opening some committee investigations that the GOP buried. We live to fight another day, as the saying goes.
