Instead of letting their panel of umpteen talking heads talk, the coverage was handed to John King and Wolf Blitzer because it collectively was a horse race. John King covering all the bases at the state and district level and Blitzer standing nearby contributing tidbits of breaking news. The panel came in once CNN called the House for the Dems.

Measured, fast and comprehensive. No talking head opinions, just reporting.

As an MSNBC addict, I never thought they could do this, but they did.

... of 7 or 8 talking over each other. That's what they're doing now. But that's OK.

It reminds me of how grateful I was when they said not one word during the McCain funeral.
