Things went well in Oregon

Governor Kate Brown was reelected, Democrats gained a 3/5 supermajority in the state senate and several awful ballot measures were soundly defeated.

Having Knute Buehler as my governor would have been completely unacceptable to me, and I am over the moon that Art Robinson has yet again wasted some rich asshole’s money in yet another quixotic attempt to dethrone the valiant Peter Defazio.

Whew! Amazing what 63% voter turnout can accomplish.
