What trump, trump administration,Republican policy or anything they have done to help the economy , job growth or or anything else to give us such a "booming economy" I keep hearing how great the economy is under trump . Maybe I missed it .

... what you are experiencing is the gap between traditional economic indicators -- particularly, the Dow and the unemployment rate -- and experience on the ground. The traditional indicators really tell us little about how the economy is really going (IMO), as far as the workers are considered.

Many of the traditional indicators show a booming economy (people who have money in the stock market are very happy). That's good enough for people who don't think much about what is really going on.
