Let's face reality for a few minutes

I'm very disappointed that O'Rourke, Gillum, and (maybe) Abrams lost last night. But each of those three were long shots to win anyway, and although we "lost" all three the republicans didn't gain a damned thing in those three elections.

Hopefully there will be a recount, that's too close. 2naSalit Nov 2018 #4

We lost a chance to have veto power when districts are redrawn in those states after the census. Long term implications making it much more difficult to elect Dems. in FL and GA

Or was votes switched by the machines, as was reported in some areas in Tx. and the election corrupted?

I really don't think Gillum was a long shot and he lost by less than 1% of the vote.

We have to wait for the absentee ballots in my state since it's a third of the state that votes that way.

Think there was foul play like moving polling places, purges and power failures. Power failures are how Ohio was flipped back in the days of rove... so I don't see where there was a real clean election on numerous levels in FL, GA and TX.
