We shouldn't waste a potentiality generational candidate on going after Texas. I work in a primarily white, blue collar field. They are becoming even more radicalized, not less. Cruz is not well liked, even in Texas, he had zero ground game to GOTV, and Beto energized the Democrats in Texas like we haven't seen in many of the resident's lifetimes. And we still lost. We will never have the deck so stacked in our favor in this state for at least another decade.
If we as a party waste Beto and other outstanding candidates like Gillum because they couldn't carry states that are filled with voters who are actual fascists that crave genocide, then we deserve whatever we have coming our way. We need to think tactically, use our best weapons in this war with American Reich.
