Since Gillum conceded last night, is it still possible
That a close final tally will still trigger a re-count?
I'm worried that he was too quick to give his concession speech...

1. Concession speeches are a polite nicety, not a legal mechanism for ending a race. n/t

3. Don't know for sure, but doubt a concession is irreversible. Would be nice, but not counting on it.

8. Gore called Bush to concede the race on Election Night 2000...
...then withdrew the concession and pursued a recount for over a month when the vote totals changed dramatically.
In no way is a concession legally-binding, nor does it end a race. |

4. Conceding is NOT a legal act. It's not binding.
If the recount shows that he won, then he won.
This is my understanding but I could be wrong! |

5. Yes.
The speeches are just a formality. The only thing that determines the outcome is the vote tallies.

6. Only vote totals determine the outcome.
A concession, or lack thereof, carries no significance beyond politeness.
