13. He did not "knock her arm away"- she had thrust her arm under his hand and then she removed her arm

She kept her arm in place near the mike after her action caused him to lower his left arm touching her arm, but in no way does it appear to me that he "knocked her arm away" since she did not immediately move her arm away.
