Sorry if this has been addressed...Congressional Expulsion

With Chris Collins and Duncan Hunter...wouldn't it make sense for the Dems to try to expel both Congressman. I believe it takes a 2/3rds House vote to expel a member but it would be fun to at least get the Republicans on record for voting to not expel felons? And who knows after the ass beating they took on Tuesday they might just expel them both to get it out of the news.

I got ahead of myself. But based on both charges they seem to be both on their way to a conviction via a trial. I guess if/when it comes to it was my point.

Although you CAN censure a member while they are on trial. And maybe they should be.
