it is plane to see with all the issues there. They certify the vote there Saturday. Don't most states take much longer before certifying votes? And didn't Florida itself use to take much longer before Jeb Bush and the supreme court stole the election from Al Gore? Whatever the reasons are for the issues they are having not fixing a broken system,because it benefits you is the same as cheating.

3. The vote is so close in GA, FL and also TX,

all red states where illegal election tampering and voter suppression are routine, as we see this year, that I believe it is reasonable to assume that all 3 Democratic candidates were really the choices of a majority of their electorates.

4. Florida certifies early and then forces a legal reversal

The moron Anthony Scalia asked why bother with the so-called protest phase instead of proceeding directly to contest phase? Fairly simple, you dumb ass. During the protest phase you are still working with the counties prior to certification, determined to get the correct count. Once it is certified and you enter the contest phase now you essentially have to sue the people you were working with during the protest phase, asserting that they screwed up.

Gore team probably erred in asking that only certain Democratic strongholds be hand counted during protest, instead of the entire state.
