Anybody watch Elijah Cummings on Rachel's show?

He sent various government entities, like the White House Counsel, IRS etc. letters demanding that they maintain records and documents pertaining to the Mueller investigation and Sessions' firing, reminding them that it is illegal to destroy or hide such records and doing so could lead to imprisonment of up to 3 years. GO ELIJAH, GO ELIJAH!!!
