In his attempt to shut down the Russia probe, Trump may have actually strengthened the obstruction case against him.

I think were watching obstruction of justice play out right in plain sight, former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence Frank Figliuzzi told host Nicole Wallace on MSNBCs Deadline: White House, discussing the forced resignation of Sessions.
I fear theres a quid quo pro, he said. I name you acting attorney general, or I nominate you for attorney general; you take care of the special counsel investigation.
Thats public corruption, he added.

Mueller was already reportedly looking at Trumps efforts to persuade Sessions to un-recuse himself from the Russia probe as part of his investigation into obstruction of justice.
Now, in his attempt to shut down the Russia probe, Trump may have actually helped make the case against him even stronger by handing Mueller brand new evidence of obstruction. -ShareBlue

(10,721 posts)1. Trump's been breaking laws in plain sight for 2 years. Any predecessor would have been impeached.

But lets shame the folks who question Muellers speed. These indictments shouldve been started against don ivan and his family 6 months ago. People can cobble together a pretty good case just from news sources, but, for some reason mueller is waiting until he???? What?? Whats he waiting for? The perfect case? LETS GO MUELLER. The elections over.
People have gone to prison for a long time for less than the blatant shit we see on tv everyday. Laws apply equally. Justice delayed is justice denied.
