(11,728 posts)Trump is an idiot. He has little to no understanding of the processes of government, but you are correct that he is throwing this confusing information out there for his idiot followers to repeat. He didn't think this up himself. He has no original thoughts that are cogent and understandable. Someone told him that and he is just reaching and repeating it.

The Senate vote was 98-0 to approve Mueller for a 10-year term, the same day the Senate Judiciary Committee recommended his confirmation.
The 56-year-old veteran prosecutor was President Bush's pick to lead the bureau. He told the Judiciary Committee during a two-day confirmation hearing that his top priority would be to "restore the public's confidence in the FBI, to re-earn the faith and trust of the American people.

(54,330 posts)Nor was Trump's phony health report. Nor were a lot of things.
The only thing here that matters is if Mueller's findings are fact-confirmed. If they are, look for Trump to declare "my work is finished here" and take early retirement.
