Collins is shitting herself about 2020, announces she now wants legislation to protect Mueller.

Sen. Susan Collins: "I am concerned about comments that Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker has made... I believe that we should bring to the Senate floor legislation that would put restrictions on the ability of President Donald Trump to fire the Special Counsel."

........................

She obviously saw what happened a few days ago and knows she's up shit creek in 2 years time..

It needs to be done.

Yes, Maine will fix her wagon two years from now, but the appropriate response to this is encouragement.

If she would ACT and vote the way she speaks she may gain some credibility back. Even than she is a lost cause as someone you can count on to do the right thing...she is a GOP kiss ass above all else. I will believe her when I see it...I am older and wiser.

Until she’s not. She was also concerned about Kavanaugh, and we saw how it ended. I agree with her tweet, but I just don’t see her act on her concerns.

I've never seen someone more transparent or obvious about their complicity or duplicity.

2 years another batch of 18 year olds and people on the good cush will be voting. This shit is one way. Once you legalize, you get an influx of liberals.

McConnell couldn't care less about Trump but wants to protect GOP Senate seats if he can. Her seat is so precarious after the Kavanaugh cave-in so he will cut her loose in favor of the MAGAts

Concerning any matter that concerns her.

Concern is her fallback word for "I'm about to misdirect Democrats again".

Her reign in Maine is plainly down the drain.
