are so large that the machines can't count the ballots fast enough to make the deadlines. Now he's filing a lawsuit to throw out votes that weren't counted by the Saturday deadline. (per MSNBC)
Why should Rick Scott benefit from old machines that he should have updated when he was Governor? Watch closely to see how his legal arguments unfold, because you know they went into this ready to exploit problems that are inherent with a county that is ten times larger than an average red county.

(297 posts)He gave the the oldest machines to largest most populated county. He knew Brenda snipes was controversial, which made his case for fraud easier when he could have removed her 2 years ago. This is why rick Scott set his sights on Florida 8 years ago. The bushes had stole a presidency here, so stealing a governorship and a senator seat was easy. There are now whole communities here that retirees buy part time homes in that are for Republicans only that allow them to vote in two states.
Florida is so corrupted by billionaire republicans strictly because of it electoral college which is dominated by republican politicians, past and present. Without Florida, the Republicans would be gone forever.
And lets not forget about the gerrymandering here.
Our states environment and water quality is forever ruined, so I guess in the end, the Republicans will end up with a big pile of shit they turned it into for pure greed and power.
It has become an embarrassment to tell people I am a Florida native.

(26 posts)Republicans control the Sec of State in Florida. They had the ability to fix problems with voting before the election but did not.
In Arizona which also has a Republican Secretary of State, Republican donors funded the Green Party to try to suck votes away from Kyrsten Sinema. In Georgia the candidate WAS the Sec of State and did not step down until after the election. So in all 3 contentious states the Republicans controlled the voting apparatus.
Republicans played their dirty tricks book and now are crying foul because the Democrats are starting to win where they expected to have victories.
