Possible reason for Whitaker?

I rarely watch any TV but was surfing between two football games and heard this, I think on a PBS talking heads show.

Whitaker's job is not to shut down Mueller but to reopen aggressive investigations into Hilary Clinton. Sounds plausible-do anything to grab the spotlight, muddy the water, throw red meat to his base, get everybody talking about something else than Russia collusion.
