After twitter followers plastered the Trump twitter account with thousands of pictures of Barack Obama carrying out his Presidential duties in the rain, Trump sent prolific lying machine Sarah Huckabee-Sanders out to try out ANOTHER story. Just throw some garbage out into the streets, and see if anyone stops to sniff it, as it were. You know, "I don't see any reason why it WOULDN'T be the Russians. Yeah, that's what I meant..."

Apparently, Trump didn't want to go to the Aisne Marne ceremony because he kindly and altruistically didn't want to disrupt traffic in Paris.
