He detests everything else about the job. Of course, this was plain as day to anyone who knew anything about him prior to November 2016.

I always thought it was make-up. I wouldn't think he'd have the patience for a tanning bed.

Just another of his many weaknesses.

Could be both. The pasty skin isn't a good sign though. Looks unwell. Maybe his body is finally catching up with his brain. There's no doubt that he's mentally ill. Maybe he's finally, actually getting physically ill, as well. Maybe anemic, low bp, poor circulation, a myriad of things. It would be a shame to have a real sickness and a fake doctor though. Could be deadly.

Does he think that is a serious presidential face? Or does he simply not try to look anything but sullen and unhappy?

The steepling with the man spreading, very annoying. That face is a smirk. He's definitely happy. Probably took a bit of self control to stop from throwing a thumbs up to the photographer. He may have a some point. He's clearly pleased with himself in this photo.

I think Trump's objection to all these observances is that it takes time away from everyone telling Deadbeat Donnie just how great he is.

he thinks he looks stern. As far as the spreading of legs with those steepled hands, to me he looks like he is to heavy to sit comfortably in a chair. Add the way he sits so slouched all the time he looks defeated to me.
