will have difficulties in meeting the Thursday deadline. These counties are just too huge for such a short time frame. Plus Broward machines weren't working yesterday and thus further delaying the process (sigh).
Anyway the Republican premise is false, because if the vote totals remains the same in the Senatorial election, it would then trigger a manual recount.

State law was written by Jeb Bush & is intended to make sure that all the ballots aren't counted when Dems show up in droves. That was the exact intent and it needs to be put to rest and courts need to rule that all the votes must be counted, even those found in the boxes. Was that the reason the ass started the pipe bombs from that facility because it handled the Broward mail in votes? Russian Repugs could easily be that sneaky, but even I admit that seems a little far fetched. But then the entire situation was so bizarre, what is one more layer?

I CANNOT BELIEVE that all this wasn't fixed up after the disastrous 2000 "election." Republicans are mostly to blame, but even Democratic areas continue to have fucked up ballots, etc. Florida is an embarassment to democracies everywhere.

election day against Scott from many big players, including the Democratic Party itself of course. That's why Scott's so angry and upset instead of celebrating his stolen seat.

(Please check Dworkin out, btw. Not exactly one of the more impressive or respectable names out there. I don't care if an opportunistic little fish uses this to get himself publicity since it's against Scott, but his history says that's all this is.)
