I wonder if he'll appeal?

He needs to get the fuck out of the way, and let the count proceed.

that wound up swaying the election.'

And that may be true as far that goes - but this is Florida, and the governor's a Republican (as well as a felon).

That has widespread vote-counting error written all over it.

On machines programmed to commit said errors.

That's the beauty of electronic voting and tabulation: You can stuff those ballot boxes like a tobacco chewing, pork rind-munching 1920s Jim Crow stooge - but look like a hip, 21st century techie while doing it.

But when it comes to these Deep South elections, it's as they say in the South:

Accidentally on purpose.

They usually aren’t concerned with hyperbole and unlike the media want you to actually provide proof of what you are claiming.

I realize Scott is doing everything possible to shut down any further vote count. He currently leads in the vote count, so does the idiot for governor, and consequently they don’t care about any further vote counts. I get that.

What I don’t get is all of these injunctions and lawsuits that are being filed by Scott, the Republicans, and Nelson and the Democrats.

This article says that Scott’s request for an injunction was denied, but does it mean anything? I read that one of the counties claims there’s no way they can give an accurate account by Thursday? I understand the Senate race is so close that there will be a recount regardless?

Just like with presidential race and 2000, we are getting lost in the technicalities and the suits and counter suit‘s that affect a complete and honest election return.

What is the damn hurry? I just don’t understand why they can’t wait until all the ballots are counted. WTF is wrong with these sons of bitches in Florida!?
