Thank you, France, for honoring our war dead. It's enraging that the guy in the White House couldn't be bothered to do this, but it would have involved putting down his Big Mac and turning off his TV.

This should not be seen as a snub at Moron.

This is what honorable people routinely do; this is what good friends do for each other.

Thank you France.

When I'm in my "No prisoners!" mode, his "look at it this way" levels me out.

I know it's routine for ambassadors to attend the ceremony, but this year was especially meaningful.

Merci la bell France

We apologize for the draft-dodging, bigmouth a-hole the republicans and russians have foisted on our once great nation.

It takes an honorable man to recognize and celebrate the courage others have displayed. Lazy fat slobs just can't get themselves motivated to honor what they don't have.

I don't see rain. He wouldn't have to get his toesies wet. The creature on his head would stay dry. I hope people in the military will start giving this character the respect he deserves: none.

Even if the republicans were too damn busy watching TV, and feeding their flabby chickenhawk faces, to give a shit about the men and women who sacrificed to keep the USA safe.
