McConnell said the "presidential harassment" of Bill Clinton didn't work out so well for the GOP. Their approval rating went down while Clinton's went up.

What McConnell fails to see, or won't admit, is that impeaching a President about lying about an affair is considerably different than investigating a foreign country meddling in our elections and the possible collusion that was involved. What the GOP did to Clinton was harassment. I'm glad Mitch finally admitted it.
