1. Sorry to disappoint--I am not a vet.

I grew up on AF bases--my dad was a 50 mission man in WWII.
I opposed the war in Vietnam, much to my dad's chagrin.
I met David Harris when I had just turned 18. He was an anti-war activist later
married to Joan Baez.I was in Oregon, my draft board
was in Honolulu. I was expelled from college and traveled the Northwest
for a while--
My best buddy back then was the son of a general, a West Pointer, a fighter
pilot ace and POW in WWII. I grew up in the presence of so many military men.
I respected their service and I am appalled at the BS strewed by the conman.
