Same with Kasich. They both believe in the exact same agenda as Trump, they're just more polite about it.

to give the appearance of balance. Hugh Hewitt, for example, is such a thoroughly unpleasant and unlikable person that the audience cringes every time they see him.

I don't watch MSNBC in the morning, though, so I'm not that familiar with Andy Card.
