Every press availability by the administration from now until the end of this miserable nightmare, the first reporter called on should say, "I defer the first question to my colleague Jamal Khashoggi." Then everyone just stay silent for about 10 seconds. If Sanders or Trump starts talking during that time, the reporters should say, "Shush, Mr. Khashoggi is still speaking."
