What happened to the "memo"??

When Trump wanted to order prosecution of Clinton and Comey, WH counsel Don McGahn had WH lawyers type up a memo for Trump explaining to him why he should not do it. He was warned that it could lead to impeachment. Does Mueller now have that "memo"?

Even after the memos and warnings, it has been reported that Trump still wants to prosecute Clinton and Comey. His actions and his comments are not a "one-off" - they are a pattern that shows intent of criminality.

He has shown a vast ignorance of the law and the Constitution. However, ignorance of the law is no excuse.

If it is true that he is still attempting to investigate and prosecute Hillary Clinton and James Comey, after he was told in a memo not to do so, it would present a problem for the trump. He cannot continue to flaunt the law and threaten people the way that he does without any repercussions.

It cannot happen soon enough.

If trump also asked and pressured him to do this to them too? They should. Also Has he asked any Supreme Court Justices about the Mueller of other pending cases that may end up before them. He's actively trying to corrupt everyone to protect himself with.

He didn't actually DO it, right?

The Show Trials aren't scheduled to begin until he wins in 2020.
