What should we call turning goodwill on it's ass?

* Aeroflot, the Russian national airline, will now cancel your frequent flyer miles if you publicly criticize the airline.

* China’s plan to judge each of its 1.3 billion people based on their social behavior is moving a step closer to reality, with Beijing set to adopt a lifelong points program by 2021 that assigns personalized ratings for each resident.

It used to be that government or business tried to stay in the goodwill of the people.

Should we call it "Badwill"? "Treason"?

hill here in Ottawa, about 10 to 15 blocks away. He was visibly scared. That is how brainwashed the Chinese are. He was afraid of violent overthrow. Of anarchy. He was doing his Master's in economics. His dad was in the Chinese government and traveled around the West on business. People there in China have no concept of how peaceful demonstrations are in western democracies. I bet this point system, I guess like a credit rating on your compliance, subdues many. I hope not. Used to be you were judged on your humanity.
