Dear Republican Party:
Most of you know that Donald Trump is a disaster. He's on the edge of a cliff and he wants to take the whole world down with him if he can't "win" everything there is to win. And, yes, I also know that each of you is interested in nothing more than your own reelection.
But what will happen if there's no world left in which to exercise the power that comes with your seat in the senate? Do you really believe that Trump gives a rat's ass whether you are reelected? Do you think he gives a damn whether you live or die? Do you really believe he wouldn't destroy humanity on a whim? And do you doubt that he would hesitate to use the nuclear arsenal which he controls before ever giving up power?
C'mon. Use your heads. Think. This man should no more be president than should a spoiled, hateful, demented, 12 year old.
The Democrats will take control of the House in January. They can impeach him for ... so, so many things. The power to find him guilty and remove him from office is in your hands, Republicans.
So take your pick. Help our country rid the world of this horrible nightmare person. Or cling to his block of voters out of fear that they won't vote for you, and put you back into your position of servitude to a madman. But you don't have to do this. Why not try plain human decency for a change, and rid us of him? Maybe enough decent people will vote for you for doing so.
But hear this. Stick with him if you must and you endanger all of humanity. And if we survive, and he's gone, no sane, decent human being should ever forget that you chose to back a dangerous, ignorant madman and helped him to inflict evil upon the world.
