The real big deal with Manafort is ...
Mueller knew he was lying: no prosecutor worth a bean would not know the real answers to the question he'd ask anyone in a case.
What he ended up with is lies he used to fashion questions for cheetolini. He gave cheeto a change to perjur himself and show that there most definately was collusion between Manafort, Gates and cheetolini and cheeto Jr. Collussion is an element in conspiracy. Federal Conspiracy falls under RICO act. That's where the Government siezes the ill gotten gains from a criminal conspiracy. Now we're going to find out exactly what the cheetolini family and Monteford is worth. Conspiracy to commit treason, to steal an election with the Russians, income tax fraud .... The possibilities are breath taking.

1. Let's start clearing Trump Enterprises from all assets
to be paid to the U.S. Treasury. I want Trump so flat broke and 200 billion in the hole, that no-one wants him for anything, in fear of loss of income.
He has to pay at least $100 a day in restitution for the rest of his life, and he doesn't have an actual job after the President job. |

7. The anklet bracelets has to be the BEST
It should cost them $5,000 a day just to wear them, and they have to wear it for a minimum of 25 years.
Cruel and unusual? It's fucking Trump and his ilk. They deserve that punishment. |

19. Yes. Trump lives on debt.
He borrows, skims off the loan, lives on the skim, and then declares bankruptcy when the loan comes due in full. That's his economic strategy. Eventually, it always catches up with you at some point. The presidency let him put it off a while longer, I suppose.
Trump hopes he dies before it all comes crashing down around him, I'm sure. |

At the age of 67 or 68 or whatever, I'd take that chance that the Russkies wouldn't be able to find me before I crooked. Look at Whitey Bulger, he avoided capture for 18-some years. |

9. Yup. There are Russian mafia in the prison system.
They won't last very long in it. Probably have the effect of having a life ending within 24 hours after entering prison.
Nah, I'd rather they be in the hole financially, and free to wander around skid row looking/begging for money to pay their restitution and ankle bracelet fees in the thousands per day. Not one damn person will give him a damn penny. |

6. Except that Mueller's questions to Trump were probably send before the Manafort plea deal
The questions to Manafort may have been very similar but I doubt they were the same. Manafort's plea deal was in September and I believe the written questions to Trump were sent before that time.

when questions were leaked if those were really Mueller questions or not, but nevertheless... Those were rather open ended. So it's highly likely that he could cross reference a lie between manafort and d******.

straight first? If their stories mesh there's collusion; if there's collusion, there's conspiracy.

13. Trumpies are still clueless about our global intel capabilities.
Of course, international spies (including Americans) have video, still photography, & probably sound of every single day Asange has been in that embassy in London. So I'm sure Mueller knew the answer to the question, "Did you communicate in any way with Julian Assange?" Before he even asked Manafort.
And that's just one example of many that Manafort, Stone, Corsi, et al, trapped themselves in. As for Trump, did he think constantly insulting our intel community would endear him to them? |

17. Interesting junction point. We like global surveillance when it catches the bag guys.
But do we want it for our own mundane lives?
I've always thought(/known) that the NSA/etc. had all to records from Cheney's Energy Conference as well as deleted W WH emails. I can't blame the IC for not publishing these openly, but it might be nice if some of the 5-Eye and others don't just let the world know that they exist. Much as Erdogan represents a low point in transparent/fair governance, he knows how to use his knowledge/cameras. |

22. The collusion is what makes it a conspiracy rather than the single actions of single parties, ...
that's my point: if you want to charge conspiracy, you have to show collusion. If you have federal conspiracy then RICO statutes come into play.
So no, legally they are not the same. You need collusion to get to conspiracy. |

30. Again, I've said this multiple times...please think a little bit..
Do people REALLY believe that a sitting president will get taken down like this? Really? You are all forgetting these two nasty, evil words: "NATIONAL SECURITY" The decision will (probably already has) be made that the hit to the stock market will not make this happen. As well, you will look like a 'weak' country, etc. There is simply no chance the powers that be will allow this to happen. No chance. They still will not release all the JFK files because of "National Security", so people honestly believe these evil bastards will see an ounce of justice? Call me pessimistic, but I just can't see it. |

The problem with impeachment is the need for a 2/3 majority in the Senate. But that doesn't mean he will still be in office for 2020. |
